DAILY MENU MAY 6
Back in the saddle again. The star of today’s menu is a slow roast of beef. It was put in the oven at 132 F at 5 pm. Lunch is at 11:30. 18 hours is the oven. It will be a beautiful piece of beef moist, juicy and very tender. Then we have a few other choices for those who do not want beef

18 hour Slow Roasted Beef Striploin
Roast Potatoes
Roasted Root Vegetables (Carrots, Turnip and Parsnips)
Curry Chicken and Vegetables
Rice with almonds and raisins
Chana Saag (Curry Chickpea and spinach)
Fresh fried nan bread.
Dinner
Ragu alla Bolognese with Fettuccini
Pan Fried Haddock
Smashed Baby Red Potatoes
Buttered Snow Peas
Vegetables in Marinara Sauce
