Daily Menu, July 14

We are back at Ivujivik escorting another ship. It was a beautiful day, so the spatchcock cornish game hen was cooked on the grill outside. The pork for tomorrow’s pulled pork sandwich was in the smoker at 8 am. It was taken out of the smoker at 5 pm and put in the oven for 9 hours. I am expecting good things.
