Daily Menu, August 5, 2022

We are fully staffed once again. That should mean I can get a bit more rest in the next few days. This being a Friday, means this is fish day. Also on the menu is a Cuban Sandwich. A Cuban sandwich originates in Florida, probably Tampa, but Miami also lays claim to it. The sandwich consists of ham, seasoned roast pork, sliced dill pickle, swiss cheese, and yellow mustard on freshly baked ciabatta bread.
