Daily Menu, April 15, 2022

It was a nice day of sailing, yesterday, smooth and hardly a ripple on the water. We had to go get a fishing boat that lost power. We took him under tow about 5pm, I am not sure when we let go. I was asleep.

Today is another Fish and chip day, we also have pollo con fidio, that is chicken stewed with peppers, onion, and garlic, when the chicken is cooked, add uncooked spaghetti to the pot. The noodles absorb the flavor of the chicken stock making it very tasty.
