Lobster and Chicken in Cream Sauce

This a way to stretch your lobster a bit farther. It makes a nice pasta sauce or serve it with mashed potatoes.

Lobster and Chicken in Cream Sauce

1 pound Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips

200g lobster meat (2 lobster shelled)

3 oz butter

1 cloves garlic, crushed

8 oz 35% cream

1 heaping tablespoon corn starch

Salt to taste

Fresh cracked black pepper

Directions

Warm a pan to medium heat. Add the butter

When melted, add the garlic and the onion,cook until the onion is translucent..

Add the the lobster, simmer in the butter for 10 minutes.

Remove the lobster. Leave as much butter in the pan as possible.

Add the chicken and cook through.

Add the cream and bring up to a low simmer. Mix some water to the corn starch to make a slurry and add to the cream. Place the lobster back in the pan. When the lobster is mixed through and fully coated remove from the heat.

Check for salt.

Serve with fresh cracked pepper as garnish
