DAILY DIET MEALS MAY 13-15
When I initially went to see the dietician, I was mainly looking for motivation and a goal. For the most part, I knew what I had to do. Sitting down with someone and discussing how I should be eating, and having a general goal was enough to put me on track.
Having a goal is one thing, but it should be a general thing. The ultimate goal is to do it in a healthy and sustainable manner.

2 oz beef

1 cup Potato Salad
1 cup Coleslaw

1 cup Black Beans and salsa
6 inch Tortilla
Dinner
2 slices Pizza
Apple
1 cup yogurt / 1 cup fresh pitted cherries / 1/4 Harvest Crunch Cereal

Sauerkraut Salad
3 oz Ham
Dinner
1 1/2 cups Julienne Primavera Spaghetti
1 Plum
– carrot sticks, apple slices, pickles
