DAILY DIET MEALS MAY 4-6

Some days are on the straight and narrow, others you just go with the flow. This block of days, I had one where I was socializing with family and friends, so I went with it. I did not stick with my plan, but that was the plan. There is no need to make yourself miserable and not part of things, accept it and carry on with the routine the next day.

Hash, Pork, Diced Potatoes, Carrots, Parsnips

Steamed Sugar Snap Peas
