Daily Diet Meals June 10-12

I believe I will not be posting any more of this type of posts. I am still eating the same into the middle of August.

I had an appointment with the dietician June 20th. My weight was 244, that was 24 pounds since April 18th. July 20th, I weighed 233, As of today (August 23rd) I weigh 224 pounds. That is 44 pounds in total.

For the last 2 weeks I have hit a wall. It took 14 days to go from 225 to 224. I am not eating any different, My body has just adjusted to being fed less. This is normal.

I still have a goal of 210.

2/3 cup Black Beans

1 Cheeseburger

Roasted Vegettable Salad

June 11

Coffee

2/3 cup cheerios.

1/2 cup Granola

Lunch

100g Multigrain soughdough

2 oz Aged Cheddar

Dinner

4 oz Roast Beef

16 french Fries

Green Peas

June 12

3 Coffee

Lunch

Crispy Chicken Wrap

Dinner

6 oz Burger with Bacon

Fries

2 Beer

2 glasses White Wine

– carrot sticks, apple slices, pickles, snap peas
