Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Icing

This is a fairly basic cream cheese icing except for the brown sugar.

250 ml Cream Cheese

4 oz Butter

1 tbsp caramel sauce

1 cup Brown Sugar

2 cups Icing Sugar

1/4 cup Plain Yogurt

Beat the cream cheese and butter until smooth. Spoon in the caramel sauce, mix well. Scrape down the sides of the bowl.

Add the sugars and mix until fully incorporated

Then mix in the plain yogurt.

It will be soft at this point, if you wish for it to be firmer add another cup of icing sugar
