It is our first Friday. Friday is always Fish and Chip day for me. I try to stay away from the fryer, but battered fish on Friday is a standard feature of my menus. Although I accidently made homemade onion rings yesterday, I had craving, the ingredients, and the technology. I was doomed.
We are still in Sydney, and will be here for the weekend unless we get a search and rescue call.
