Honey Apple Cider Dressing
3 yolks
125 ml honey
2 tsp crushed garlic
1tsp cracked black pepper
125 ml cider vinegar
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
300 ml oil
In a bowl mix egg yolk and honey, slowly whisk in oil until thick stir in cider vinegar, parsley and cracked pepper.
