Greek Salad Dressing

GREEK DRESSING

1 cup olive oil

2 1/2 oz red wine vinegar

juice of 1 lemon

1 tblsp dijon mustard

1 clove garlic

3/4 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp salt

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix
2. Slowly whisk in oil
3. Pour over salad and toss
