Deadly Chocolate Cheesecake Truffle

I am not exactly sure what this is. I serve this an an individual dessert. It is a cross between a cheesecake, a ganache, and a chocolate pate. I had too much time and chocolate on my hands when I started making this.
Deadly Chocolate
8 oz cream cheese
3 oz sugar
7 oz chocolate
6 oz cream
3 egg yolks
- Melt chocolate and cream together. Let cool
- Whip cream cheese and sugar until smooth
- Add egg yolks to chocolate
- Fold cream cheese into chocolate
- Line a 6 oz ramekin with parchment paper and fill 3/4 full
- Bake in a bain marie until set at 275 for 20 minutes
- Let cool. Remove from ramekin, take off parchment and serve with crème Chantilly or crème frais
