We have almost got a week put in this hitch. Our maintenance is going well, according to rumors we are on schedule. On our menu today for lunch, we have a Mediterranean meal for lunch that is usually popular when we run it. For dinner there is the old standard roast chicken dinner. Not all meals have to be strange or exotic, comfort food is always a win.
